2. Account Registration and Verification

Withdrawal requests involving active bonus funds or unsatisfied wagering requirements will not be processed until those requirements are met. Real-money PKR balance and bonus balance are treated separately — only cleared real-money balance is available for withdrawal without restriction.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and game stakes placed on Bett99 are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify the details of any bet — selection, stake amount and market — before confirming. Bett99 will not reverse confirmed bets due to player error unless there is a verifiable technical fault on the platform's side.

Bett99 sports betting covers cricket — including PSL and T20 international matches — football, esports and other markets. Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. Live betting odds move in real time and the odds accepted at confirmation are the final settled odds, not any price displayed prior to that moment.

In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or voided, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that market. 7. Account Suspension and Closure

Bett99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances where these terms have been breached or where the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

Reasons that may lead to suspension or closure include but are not limited to: providing false registration information, operating multiple accounts, involvement in fraudulent payment activity, bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated tools, underage gambling or failure to complete identity verification when requested.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any funds held in the balance will be retained until the investigation concludes. If the account is found to have operated in breach of these terms, Bett99 reserves the right to forfeit the balance. If the account is cleared, the balance will be released and the account reinstated or the balance returned via the player's verified payment method.

• Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed within the exclusion period.
